Richard joined the firm in 1981 and has more than 30 years of public accounting experience. He provides advisory
services to families and companies on business planning, succession planning, and merger and acquisition strategies.
Additionally, Richard is skilled at developing personal financial and tax planning strategies that are tailored to an
individual's needs and unique family dynamic. He is Yellow Book certified and A-133 Government Audit Certified. He also
services a variety of nonprofit organizations, working closely with their boards and audit committees. Richard received
both his master's degree in taxation and his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bentley College.
Stephen Feron, C.P.A., M.B.A.

Stephen joined the firm in 1997 and was admitted as a partner in January 2006. He has more than 14 years of public
accounting experience, working extensively in a variety of industries. He has significant experience working with
physician and dental groups, as well as not-for-profits. Stephen received his M.B.A. in finance and accounting from
New York University, and his bachelor's degree in mathematics from Hamilton College. He is a member of the Management of
an Accounting Practice Committee of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.

Jack has more than 31 years of experience working in a local and large regional accounting firm, providing tax and
attest services to owner-managed and family-owned businesses. He also provides business advisory services to these
companies, including formulating short- and long-range strategic plans. He received both his master's degree in taxation
and his bachelor's degree in accounting from Bentley College.

With 41 years of public accounting experience and a former managing partner at JOFC, Paul has been instrumental in
providing leadership at our firm. He has extensive experience in a variety of industries, and his specialty is working
with medical practices, as well as business advisory services, high net worth strategic planning, and estate and trust
services. He received his Bachelor of Science in business administration with a major in accounting from Hartwick
College.
Candy Brower, C.P.A.

Candy joined the firm in 1981 and has more than 30 years of public accounting experience. Her current areas of specialty
include personal taxation and third party administration. After receiving her Certificate of Accounting, summa cum laude
from Bentley University, she received the Gold Medal Award in 1981 for earning the highest grade in the country on the
national uniform CPA exam, and a year later earned the same award for her performance on the National Certified Internal
Auditor's Exam. Candy currently sits on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for the Melrose Cooperative Bank.

Sean joined the firm in 2009 and has been providing accounting, auditing and business advisory services since 1984. With
more than 27 years of public accounting experience serving clients with high-quality accounting, auditing, tax and

taxation from Bentley University, and his Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Northeastern University.

With more than 16 years of public accounting experience, Douglas has worked with a wide range of industries and
specializes in all aspects of quality assurance for our attest practice. He received his Bachelor of Science in
accountancy from Providence College. He sits on the Report Acceptance Body (RAB) Committee, which oversees the
administration, acceptance and completion of Peer Reviews administered in Massachusetts and is a member of the
Accounting and Auditing Committee of the Massachusetts Society of CPA's.

Kristine has over 16 years of experience working in local, regional and Big Four accounting firms. As a member of our
firm, she advises our clients on their multi-state planning, individual tax matters, and represents our clients in
federal and state tax audits. Kristine received her Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law, and her
Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She currently sits on the State
Tax Committee of the Massachusetts Society of CPA's.

Betsy has over 22 years of public accounting experience working with nonprofit organizations, wholesalers,
manufacturers, retail, service companies and many other businesses. She is proficient with Circular A-133
Single Audit engagements and has worked with high net worth clients, and multi-state personal and corporate returns.
After receiving her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude from Dartmouth College, Betsy received the Gold Medal Award in
1996 for earning the highest grade in Massachusetts on the national uniform CPA exam.
